A1: For faucets, normally 1 year free warranty, 3 years quality assurance. If any quality problems on our side were found for an used products in this period, we will send you the replacement in your next new order.

A2: It can be friendly discussed between us. Normally 100pcs each model while we accept less quantity at the beginning of our cooperation so that you can test our product quality before a formal order.
Q3 : What type of cartridges you provide and the lifetime?
A3 : We provide ceramic cartridges mainly including:
Spain Sedal Cartridge: 500,000 times open and close;
Local Cartridge: 200,000 times open and close.
Q4 : What about the lead time / production time?
A4 : It depends. Normally it takes about 15-18 days for trial order quantity less than 500pcs; about 25-30 days for 20ft; about 30-35 days for 40ft.
